Gifttest.org is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. The only information gifttest.org will have is:

  • The answers to the survey questions you voluntarily give (which remains anonymous) and is only used to compile data pertaining to Romans 12 gifts for research and statistical information.
  • The email address you need to enter for purchasing materials, which will be used to send you those materials.
  • Information given on the application form to apply for a license to use, which will be used to screen applicants to check for adherence to copyright and terms of use policy of Gifttest.org. It will not be sold to any individual or third party.

Gifttest.org will not sell, rent, or lease this information to anyone.

Gifttest.org will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not sell, rent, or lease your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request and/or purchases (e.g. to email an order, to email licenses to use, and to check for adherence to copyright on applications for those licenses).

Unless you print test results, you will not have access to your test results once leaving the site and results cannot be retrieved. Print the results before leaving the site if you need a record of the results.

Children’s Online Privacy

In compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) Gifttest.org does not knowingly accept or use information from children under 13 years of age. We encourage you to become involved with your child’s access to the Internet and to our site in order to ensure that his or her privacy is well protected.

We do offer information to parents for use with their children. None of this information is targeted to children for use or reading on the internet. Parents are free to download information to use privately with their child. 

We only collect those email addresses provided to us by their owner and do not knowingly accept or collect email addresses from children under 13 years of age.

In Respect of Security Measures:

We do have security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site. We will share information that we have about your purchasing activities in response to subpoenas or for other verifiable legal reasons. The law permits us to share information about our current and former customers with government agencies or authorized third parties under certain legal circumstances.

Any other information collected, such as general geographical location, page hit count and/or browser usage of viewers (via Google analytics) is used for statistics, demographics, and/or optimization.

Use of PayPal and privacy policy

Currently, Gifttest.org utilizes PayPal for all monetary transactions. PayPal is governed by its own privacy statement and Gifttest.org is not responsible for their operations, including but not limited to their information practices. Consumers should read PayPal’s privacy statement before providing them with personally identifiable information.

Social Media and third party websites

Gifttest.org does utilize Facebook and Pinterest as social media tools. Gifttest.org does not use third party sites to solicit or collect personal information from individuals. Any personal information collected by a third party website will not be transmitted to gifttest.org unless required for law enforcement purposes or as otherwise permitted by law.

Facebook and Pinterest are governed by their own privacy statements and Gifttest.org is not responsible for their operations, including but not limited to their information practices. Consumers should read both Pinterest and Facebook’s privacy statements before providing them with personally identifiable information.
